How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive in 5–10 business days. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China, and you'll get tracking by email.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our refund policy.
What if it stops working?
It's covered by our 1-year warranty. Email us a short video and we'll send a replacement.
How often do I change the filter?
Swap the filter regularly, typically every 2–4 weeks depending on how many pets you have. Replacement filter sets are $19.99.
Will my cat use it?
Most cats are curious about moving water. Place it near their usual bowl for the first few days to help them get used to it.
